"I came alone, frightened, and extremely nervous. However, each and every one of you, from the front desk to the recovery room, helped ease that anxiety. You all showed concern and friendliness, and were quite informative. Dr. Smith was professional yet pleasant, which meant so much to me. I was not alone after all. I had the support of all of you."

"You have given me the gift of choice. You have put me back in control of my own destiny. And because of your compassion, I will never allow anyone else to choose for me again."

"Your kindness and caring at a difficult time in my life is greatly appreciated."

"I knew the minute I walked in it would be very different from my experiences elsewhere. I was warmly greeted by every staff member I came in contact with. The nurse, the aides, and the counselor all made sure that I understood everything going on and that I was comfortable about the decision I had made. I chose to go through this on my own for many reasons. This makes everyone's help and understanding even more important. Please let your staff know how much I value the warm and friendly treatment I received at a time when I most needed it."

"Thank you for helping me get my life back on track."

"I am writing to thank all of you for your support and kindness. You helped me deal with this day without shame. You did not judge me. You held my hand and even wiped tears from my face. You treated me like a woman. You treated me with respect. All the tenderness helped me cope with my pain and sorrow. I hope you have some sense of how grateful are the women you have helped."

"I would like to thank everyone who helped make my experience as comfortable as possible. I had a minor complication at the end of the procedure, and the staff handled the situation calmly and efficiently. I was relieved to see how easily the problem was corrected, and after careful monitoring, I was able to go home. The entire staff was courteous and sensitive to my situation, and the compassion I felt was greatly appreciated. If a friend is ever in need of your services, I would be comfortable recommending you to her."

"I am sorry I don't remember everyone's names, but I do remember everyone's faces very clearly. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to be extra nice to me. You made my very hard situation seem important to all of you. You have made such a positive impact on me. There are still special people out there who really care."

"I would like to thank you for making me feel comfortable at such a difficult time."
